Real Madrid monitors Jacobo Ramón's brilliance and prepares to activate buy-back clause
Real Madrid are monitoring the progress of former defender Jacobo Ramón, who is performing well with Como. The club is considering bringing him back, taking advantage of the buy-back clause in his contract.
Journalist Matteo Morito explained during his talk on the show "La Pizarra" on Radio Marca that the royal club is watching the player closely and can bring him back for less than 9 million euros.
Morito said: "Real Madrid is following Jacobo Ramón's development with Como with great interest," adding that the club's idea is to bring him back, without confirming whether he will continue with the first team.
The defender's future remains unclear as he has yet to speak with José Mourinho about his potential role. Morito indicated that this matter will be discussed between March and April.
Real Madrid are expected to regain the player first before making a decision on whether to keep him with the first team or send him out on loan again to another club.
Morito has noted interest from clubs in the Premier League, opening up a move to England for Ramón if he does not continue with Real Madrid.
