Zamalek players take action to receive overdue financial dues

Media figure Amir Hisham has revealed that a number of Zamalek SC players have recently begun to take action to obtain their overdue financial dues.

Amir Hisham has revealed during television statements that several Zamalek SC players have urged their teammates, who are team leaders, to communicate with the club's board regarding the disbursement of financial dues and contract advances for the current season.

He added that he is waiting for some players of the team to officially announce the appointment of Hossam El Zanaty as the club's sporting director as the first step to begin direct negotiations aimed at settling the crisis of their overdue financial dues, amid mutual calls among them for calm and patience until the matter is resolved.

It was pointed out that the failure to announce the appointment of Hossam El Zanaty in the upcoming period may lead players of Zamalek SC to communicate directly with board members to demand their contract advances for the current season.
