Coach of Al Mokawloon: We were unlucky not to score and performed well
Sami Qumsan, the head coach of Al Mokawloon Al Arab, revealed the reasons for his team's loss against Zamalek in the Egyptian Premier League last night.
The coach of Al Mokawloon explained during the press conference held after the match that the team performed well and created several clear chances to score, but the result was determined by small details and nuances in the course of the game.
Qamsan pointed out that the failure to capitalize on goal-scoring opportunities was a key reason for the result, emphasizing that Zamalek's second goal came as a result of an unintentional mistake by his players.
The manager said: "We were unfortunate not to find the net despite several attempts, and we will work during the upcoming training sessions to address these shortcomings to avoid repeating them in the coming rounds of the league."
Zamalek achieved victory over Al Mokawloon Al Arab with a score of 2-1 on Wednesday in the match that took place at Cairo International Stadium as part of the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
