Tunisian channel 'Nationale 1' and Qatari channel 'Al Kass' have announced that they will broadcast the match between Club Africain and Esperance Tunis live, as part of the postponed matches from the sixth round of the Tunisian Professional League, scheduled for next Thursday.

The anticipated match will take place at the Stade de Taïeb Mhiri in Sfax, starting at 2:30 PM local time, amid significant fan anticipation due to the importance of the points in the race for the league title.

The match comes after Esperance Tunis secured qualification to the group stage of the CAF Champions League, while Sfaxien booked their spot in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup last Saturday, giving both teams a morale boost ahead of the local clash.

There are absences in both teams.

Esperance Tunis will be without Marwan Sahraoui, Abdel Rahman Konate, and Mohamed Ben Ali due to injury, while they welcome back their captain Youssef Belaili, who missed the match against Al-Suwaihli in the CAF Champions League due to his red card in the first leg.

In contrast, midfielder Rayan Al-Darbali will miss the list of Club Sportif Sfaxien after suffering an injury during the match against Ivorian Academy Diallo in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The standings increase the importance of the clash.

Esperance Tunis is currently in second place with 12 points from five matches, five points behind leaders Union Sportive de Ben Guerdane, who have collected 17 points from seven matches. Meanwhile, Club Africain is in the next position with eight points from five encounters.

The match will be preceded by analytical coverage on both channels, starting half an hour before kick-off. The coverage on the "Al-Kass" channel will include a special segment on the referees' performance presented by former Syrian referee Tammam Hamdoon.

The postponed matches in the Tunisian league include Club Africain facing Benzart Club and Stade Tunisien against Esperance Tunis, scheduled for next Thursday at Rades Stadium.
