Two offers from Spain for Al Ahly player Ahmed El Sheikh

Journalist Abdel Nasser Zidan has revealed that several Spanish clubs are keen to sign Ahmed El Sheikh, the Al Ahly player born in 2007, due to the impressive performances he has been delivering with his team.

Zidane stated in comments made on the "Stadium Egypt" program, broadcast on the "Modern MTI" channel: "There is Spanish interest in Al Ahly FC's rising talent Ahmed El Sheikh, as Spanish clubs have been monitoring him for some time in preparation for signing him."

He added: "There are offers from both Oviedo and Huesca to sign or loan the player during the upcoming transfer window."

Al Ahly FC rejected an offer from South African club Kruger for Ahmed El Sheikh.

Abdel Nasser Zidan concluded his statements by saying: "Al Ahly FC agrees to the player's departure during the upcoming transfers, as part of the trend to give young talents the opportunity for European professionalism, especially since Ahmed El Sheikh is considered one of the most prominent rising talents in the 2007 birth year team, and he excels in playing as a forward and winger."
