Spalletti suspended for one match ahead of Lazio clash

Luciano Spalletti, the head coach of Juventus, has been handed a one-match suspension, meaning he will officially miss leading his team during the upcoming match against SS Lazio in Serie A.

The suspension decision came following the events that followed the Juventus and Cagliari match, which ended in a 1-1 draw, where Spalletti got into an altercation with Fabio Pisacane, the Cagliari coach, after the final whistle.

According to reports, the disciplinary decision was made due to the behavior exhibited by Juventus' coach towards his counterpart, prompting the relevant authorities to impose a one-match suspension.

As a result, Juventus will miss Spalletti on the bench in the match against SS Lazio, in an important test for the team in their Serie A campaign, with the Italian coach set to return to lead his team after the suspension.
