Moroccan international Abdellah Ouazane, a player for Ajax, has secured his place among the top 60 football talents in the world born in 2009, according to British newspaper The Guardian, which highlighted the remarkable technical abilities of the 17-year-old player.

The newspaper dedicated a special space to the Moroccan talent, praising the calmness that characterizes his performance in midfield, alongside his elegance in handling the ball and his ability to retain it under pressure and emerge from tight spaces with great confidence.

The Guardian sees that Abdellah Ouazane has succeeded in attracting attention even among the top rising talents worldwide, as he has become one of the names garnering increasing interest in Amsterdam this season, coinciding with his steps towards making an appearance with the first team of Ajax.

The British newspaper described him as a 'Rolls-Royce midfielder', reflecting his calmness and smooth style on the pitch, as well as his ability to handle pressure from opponents and dispose of them using both feet.

The Guardian praised the player's versatility and ability to occupy multiple positions in midfield, a trait that has led to early comparisons between him and Englishman Jude Bellingham.

Abdellah Ouazane's talent has not gone unnoticed by the top European clubs, as Real Madrid had previously expressed interest in signing him for the summer of 2025, before the deal faltered despite discussions about reaching an agreement for the player's transfer.

The newspaper clarified that a remark made by the medical team at Real Madrid during routine examinations caused the deal to stop, while the player's surroundings indicated that there are other non-medical reasons behind the failure to complete the transfer.

According to reports, independent examinations conducted by doctors at the medical center of Amsterdam UMC confirmed that Abdellah Ouazane is in full health, allowing him to continue his career with Ajax, benefiting from the training he received within the Dutch club.

As he continues to develop, Abdellah Ouazane is attracting attention due to his technical abilities and versatility in midfield, alongside his presence with the Moroccan national team.

Speaking about his perspective on his career and how he deals with its various stages, Ouazane said: "Everything comes at its time, that's how I was raised."

Abdellah Ouazane's selection in the 'Guardian' list strengthens his position among the top emerging talents in world football, as the young Moroccan player continues to build his career with Ajax and the Moroccan national team.
