Official offer from Sao Paulo to sign Renato Sanches

Portuguese player Renato Sanches, a former Paris Saint-Germain player, has received an official offer from Brazilian club Sao Paulo as he looks for a new team following his departure from the French club.

According to "Foot Mercato", Rafinha, the sporting director at Sao Paulo, is leading efforts to sign Renato Sanches, leveraging his previous knowledge of the player after having played alongside him at Bayern Munich.

The main obstacle to the deal is Sao Paulo's transfer ban imposed by FIFA, preventing the Brazilian club from practically proceeding with the signing of the Portuguese player.

Despite this, Sao Paulo is striving to address its financial and legal situation, especially after the club signed a large contract with Ticketmaster, which could help it overcome its crisis and open the door to completing the deal for Renato Sanches.
