Injury rules Hassan Tambakti out of Saudi Arabia vs Iraq clash

Saudi Arabia have suffered another blow ahead of their match against Iraq, with defender Hassan Tambakti confirmed to miss the game scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, in the third and final round of the group stage of the Gulf Cup "Gulf 27".

According to journalist Hamad Al Suwaileh, Hassan Tambakti will miss the match due to a calf muscle injury, adding to the list of absentees that the 'Green' are suffering from during the tournament.

Hassan Tambakti has been dealing with muscle pain following the match against Iraq, as he has only participated in special exercises with the medical staff during Saudi Arabia's training, according to Saudi reports.

Saudi Arabia are preparing to face Iraq at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, having secured their place in the Semi-Final after achieving 6 points from their first two matches.
