AC Milan ready to pay 50 million euros for Manu Koné
AC Milan have entered the race to sign Frenchman Manu Koné, a midfielder for AS Roma, as the Lombard club seeks to strengthen their midfield with a player who possesses strength and the ability to play in multiple positions.
According to Sky, AC Milan are prepared to offer up to €50 million for the services of Manu Koné, in a deal that could be one of the standout moves in the upcoming transfer market, should AS Roma decide to open the door for the player's departure.
Manu Koné has a contract with AS Roma until June 2029, and the club was keen to keep him during the last transfer window, despite interest from several European clubs in securing his services, given the player's importance to the team.
AC Milan's interest comes at a time when Manu Koné is highly regarded in the Italian market, having previously been linked with Inter and other clubs. Meanwhile, AS Roma's position will be crucial in determining the player's future, especially since the club has previously set a high financial value for his departure.
