According to "Mundo Deportivo", Arda Güler continues to prove himself as one of Real Madrid's standout players at the start of the season, having needed just 15 minutes against Rayo Vallecano to make his mark despite starting on the bench.

The match saw the first starting appearance of Ivorian Yan Diomande, who played 72 minutes and showed some flashes of brilliance, before being replaced by Güler, who made an immediate impact by increasing the threat to Real Madrid. He then provided a perfect assist to Kylian Mbappé in stoppage time, from which the Frenchman scored the fourth goal.

The newspaper explained that the competition between the players is different, as Diomande relies on speed, dribbling, and opening up the field, while Güler is distinguished by his vision, passing, and ability to create danger from tighter spaces.

José Mourinho spoke about Güler: "Arda is a very good player, he has a lot of quality and has a positive impact on the team's performance; when he came on, he made a difference."

Mourinho believes that finding a place for all his attacking elements, with Vinicius Junior and Mbappé alongside Bellingham, may lead him to change his playing style from match to match, especially with Güler continuing to deliver strong performances.
