Konyaspor director: We will try to sign Emam Ashour and have not negotiated with Ahmed Fatouh

Ali Kamjoz, the football director of Turkish club Konyaspor, confirmed that the club is keen on signing Emam Ashour from Al Ahly FC and also spoke about the reality of entering negotiations to sign Ahmed Fatouh, the star of Zamalek SC.

Ali Kamjouz stated on Al-Nahar channel: "The signing of Mostafa Mohamed this summer came after confirming that the player possesses high quality and efficiency, and has a professional playing style. We see him as a very good player who plays with us correctly and will be a complementary factor for the group."

Regarding the signing of Emam Ashour, he said: "We have seen through our follow-up that Emam Ashour is an excellent player and will be a good addition for us and the team, so we will try again and hope to sign him from Al Ahly FC."

Konyaspor's football director stated: "There have been talks that Konyaspor was negotiating with Ahmed Fatouh, but this matter has been completely closed and we have never offered him any agreement to sign."

When asked about the match against Trabzonspor, where Mohamed Salah plays against Konyaspor, which includes Mostafa Mohamed, he commented: "We see that the match will be very good and we see that we will be up against important players, both from the same country, Egypt, and both playing exceptionally."
