Zizo and Emam Ashour support El Gazar after cruciate injury

Emam Ashour and Zizo, two members of the first team at Al Ahly FC, have supported their teammate Amr El Gazar after he suffered a cruciate ligament injury in the recent match against El Mokawloon SC.

Emam Ashour posted a picture of Amr El Gazar on his official Instagram account's "Story" feature, commenting: "Say, 'Nothing will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us.' God willing, you will return better than before, my dear."

For his part, Zizo repeated the same sentiment, as he posted a picture of Al Ahly FC's defender and commented: "Wishing you a speedy recovery, Amr El Gazar, and what God has willed has happened.. God willing, you will return better than before."

Al Ahly FC has officially announced the injury of their player Amr El Gazar, who has suffered a tear in his anterior cruciate ligament and a tear in his meniscus, based on the scans he underwent this Thursday morning. The club indicated that they are currently working on determining the date for the surgery that the player will undergo soon.

Al Ahly FC drew 1-1 with El Mokawloon SC on Wednesday in the 4th round of the Egyptian League.
