Officially: Al Ahly announces the extent of the injury to duo of the team
Al Ahly have officially announced the extent of the injury suffered by duo Yasser Ibrahim and Amr Al Jazar against Al Mokawloon Al Arab in the Egyptian Premier League.
Al Ahly drew 1-1 with Al Mokawloon Al Arab on Wednesday evening at the Al Mokawloon Al Arab Stadium in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Ahmad Jaballah, head of the medical staff at Al Ahly, confirmed that Yasser Ibrahim suffered an ankle sprain. He added that Amr Al Jazar sustained a knee sprain.
Al-Jazzar suffered an injury in the early minutes at the start of the second half of the match between Al-Ahly and Al-Mokawloon, in the Premier League, and left the pitch to be replaced by Hadi Riyad.
Both Al Ahly and Al Mokawloon Al Arab have earned a point in their journey in the Premier League, with Al Ahly currently sitting in third place in the league table with 10 points, while Al Mokawloon are in 13th place with 4 points.
