Amorim rejects Estupiñán's departure to Benfica
Reports have revealed that Ruben Amorim, the manager of AC Milan, rejected the departure of Ecuadorian Pervis Estupiñán from the team during the recent transfer window.
SL Benfica have shown interest in signing the Ecuadorian full-back, but Amorim is keen to keep the player in his squad, considering him part of his plans for the current season.
Estupiñán has the trust of the coaching staff, given his ability to play as a full-back and provide additional solutions on the left side, which has led Amorim to reject the idea of parting ways with him.
Milan's coach has closed the door on the player's departure to Benfica, allowing Estupiñán to continue his journey with the Rossoneri during the current season.
