FC Barcelona is preparing to secure new financial returns from its brand investment, having reached an agreement with Ohana for a luxury residential project in Dubai that will extend for more than 25 years.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", Ohana will pay around €10 million annually to FC Barcelona over the first three years, after the club has already received an upfront payment ranging between €2 million and €3 million.

The name of the resort will appear on the back of FC Barcelona's shirt during the 2027/2028 to 2029/2030 seasons in domestic competitions, while the logo of the FC Barcelona Foundation will continue to feature in the UEFA Champions League.

Members of the club's general assembly are set to vote on September 19 to ratify the agreement, along with another contract with Babilon Park España to create a children's amusement park inside Spotify Camp Nou, for a fixed amount and a percentage of the revenues.

FC Barcelona will discuss expanding financing for the Espai Barcelona project by around €500 million, as well as issuing secured bonds worth €105 million for additional audiovisual rights.

The club is on track to record a record revenue of around €1.1 billion in the 2025/2026 season, while the projected budget for the following season will exceed this figure.
