Rayo Vallecano officially announces the signing of Rayane Belaid

Rayo Vallecano have officially announced their signing of Rayane Belaid on Thursday, September 3, after reaching an agreement to complete his permanent transfer from Atlético Madrid.

Belaid, 21 years old, has signed a contract with Rayo Vallecano for five seasons, until the summer of 2031.

Rayane Belaid, of Algerian descent, was born in Orihuela, Spain, and began his career at Atlético Madrid's academy, where he excelled with the youth team before rising to Atlético Madrid B.

On the international stage, Belaid won the UEFA European Under-19 Championship with Spain in 2024, before representing the Under-20 team and participating in the FIFA World Cup.

April 2026 saw his first appearance in LaLiga with Atlético, before he now embarks on a new experience with Rayo Vallecano.
