Tottenham officially announces signing of Mudryk
Tottenham have officially signed Ukrainian Mykhailo Mudryk on loan from Chelsea for one season.
Mykhailo Mudryk said in statements published by Tottenham on their official website: "It's a great feeling. I can't wait to start training and playing with the club, and I'm very excited to work again with Roberto De Zerbi."
He added: "I am a player who brings speed and creativity, and I want to help on both the offensive and defensive sides, as well as make the fans excited."
Mykhailo Mudryk is 25 years old and excels at playing on the wings. He previously worked with Roberto De Zerbi at Shakhtar Donetsk before moving to Chelsea in January 2023 from the Ukrainian club.
Mykhailo Mudryk has played 73 matches for Chelsea, contributing to 21 goals. He also won the Goal of the Month award at the club for October 2023 after scoring against Arsenal.
On the international stage, Mykhailo Mudryk has played 28 matches with the Ukraine national team, scoring 3 goals, and he scored the crucial goal that ensured his country's qualification for Euro 2024.
