AS Roma thrash Lecce 4-0 in Serie A

AS Roma secured a convincing 4-0 victory against Lecce on Monday evening in the second round of Serie A.

AS Roma dominated the match from the outset, with Donyell Malen scoring early in the 4th minute, capitalising on a defensive error from Lecce's players.

Malin added a second goal for AS Roma in the 23rd minute, following a cross from Wesley, giving his team a comfortable advantage before Matteo Soleri extended the lead with a third goal in the 25th minute.

In the second half, AS Roma continued to dominate, with Rodrygo Mora scoring the fourth goal in the 65th minute, securing the Italian capital team a victory by four goals to nil.

With this victory, AS Roma continued their perfect start to the season after securing their second consecutive win, following a big win against Fiorentina in the first round. The team, under the management of Gian Piero Gasperini, has shown its readiness to compete strongly this season.
