Kompany: Musiala is Fine, Status for Stuttgart Match

Vincent Kompany, the head coach of Bayern Munich, confirmed that Jamal Musiala is in good shape, but he will not participate in the match against Stuttgart tomorrow, Friday, as the opening of the Bundesliga season 2026/2027 kicks off.

Vincent Kompany, during the press conference ahead of the match, stated that Musiala will continue his training with the team, with a decision on his return to matches being made in coordination with the medical staff and specialists regarding his condition.

Bayern Munich's coach provided an update on Jamal Musiala's condition: "Jamal Musiala is in relatively good shape and trained with the team today, but he will not be able to participate tomorrow."

He added: "Jamal is used to increasing the intensity of his treatment, and he will return to the team in due time and play normally."

Kompany concluded his remarks: "We will make a decision about his participation in consultation with the medical team and specialists regarding his condition, but he is fine."

Jamal Musiala had experienced falls during two friendly matches against Leipzig and Heidenheim, before clarifying that he suffers from seizures that caused this. He confirmed that the condition is treatable and that he will return soon.
