Official: Grégory Bourillon Appointed New Nantes Coach
Nantes has officially appointed Grégory Bourillon as the head coach of the first team, succeeding Michel Der Zakarian, whose tenure at the club has come to an end.
Nantes confirmed in an official statement that Bourigeaud has signed a contract with the team that extends for the next two seasons, taking charge of the team during the upcoming period.
The French club thanked Michel Der Zakarian and all his coaching staff for their professionalism and daily commitment, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
Nantes has selected Grégory Bourillon as their new manager, following his tenure at Red Star over the past two seasons. The coach successfully continued the development of the French team after their promotion to Ligue 2, with one of his standout achievements being leading them to the playoff for promotion to Ligue 1 last season.
Nantes has indicated that Bourigeaud has a good understanding of the French league and will begin his mission with the team during the match against Guingamp, scheduled for Saturday.
The club stated that the members of the new coaching staff will be announced in the coming period.
