Youssef Belaïli Injured, Hospitalized After Friendly Match

Moroccan left-back Youssef Belahmri of Al Ahly's first team sustained a knee injury during the friendly match against Spanish side Badalona that took place today.

Al Ahly achieved a 3-0 victory against Badalona in a friendly match held as part of the Red team's preparations for the upcoming season.

Al Ahly announced on their official website that Belhamri has suffered a knee sprain and has been transferred to the hospital for medical examinations and scans to assess his condition.

Al Ahly is set to play another friendly against Europa on Friday ahead of their match against Barcelona on August 19 in the Joan Gamper Trophy.
