Arbil Close to Finalizing Ibrahim Bayesh Deal

Arbil is nearing an official announcement regarding the signing of Iraqi national team star Ibrahim Bayesh, after both parties reached a preliminary agreement, pending the resolution of some negotiation points in the coming hours.

According to exclusive sources, Arbil Club's management has entered the final stages of negotiations with the player, but a specific clause has caused the official signing to be postponed for a few days.

The source clarified that most of the contract terms have been agreed upon and do not carry any complications, noting that the duration of the contract will be for just one season in exchange for an amount reaching 1.25 billion Iraqi dinars.

This figure reflects the level of investment that Arbil's management is placing on Baish to bolster the front line and bring the team back into the spotlight in the Iraqi Premier League.

The source added: "One of the conditions requested by Baish is to grant him the freedom to leave if he receives a professional offer from abroad during the contract period. This clause is what made the club management hesitate somewhat before finalizing the deal."

The management added: "We are currently studying this condition from all aspects, and it is expected that all details will be finalized within the next two days, after which the official announcement of the deal will be made."
