Sfaxien Begins Closed Camp in Sousse Ahead of New Season

Sfaxien has announced the start of a closed pre-season training camp for the first football team in Sousse, beginning tomorrow, Wednesday. This is part of the preparation program ahead of the 2026-2027 sports season.

The club stated in an official statement that the training camp will continue until July 30, as the coaching staff aims to enhance the players' readiness and achieve the best physical and technical level before the start of the new season.

Sfaxien kicked off its preparations for the season on Tuesday, July 14, under the guidance of new coach Nabil Kouki, who has started his duties overseeing the team's training sessions.

The team enters the next phase with high spirits after finishing the 2025-2026 season in third place in the Tunisian league table, behind champions Club Africain and runners-up Espérance Sportive de Tunis, thus securing participation in the CAF Confederation Cup for the upcoming season.
