Official: Abha Signs French Goalkeeper Donovan Leon

Abha has finalized the signing of French goalkeeper Donovan Leon to strengthen the first team ahead of their anticipated return to the Roshn Saudi League this new season. Leon joins Abha after spending several years with Auxerre in France, where he made 252 appearances across various competitions, gaining significant experience in French football. The French goalkeeper conceded 288 goals during his time with Auxerre, while keeping a clean sheet in 73 matches, leaving impressive statistics with the club. Donovan Leon is expected to arrive at Abha's training camp in Slovenia in the coming hours to join the collective preparations for the new sports season. Abha resumed training on July 8, following a break after winning the Yelo League title and promotion to the Roshn League. The Abha delegation departed for Slovenia on July 16 to hold a camp that will last until August 1, which includes playing four friendly matches as part of their preparation program.
