Juventus has reached a settlement agreement with the UEFA following the evaluation by the financial oversight body for clubs for the 2025/2026 season, which resulted in penalties for several clubs due to breaches of financial sustainability rules.

According to "Corriere dello Sport", Juventus violated the football profit rule, leading to a three-year settlement agreement with UEFA, alongside Newcastle United.

UEFA imposed a financial penalty of up to €20 million on Juventus, but €14 million of that is conditional, meaning the club will only pay €6 million if it adheres to all terms of the agreement.

The agreement also requires Juventus to achieve specific financial targets and return to full compliance with financial sustainability regulations, with potential restrictions on player registrations in Europe or exclusion from continental competitions if conditions are breached.

In contrast, Corriere dello Sport reported that Fiorentina was fined €6 million for exceeding the allowable salary-to-revenue ratio.

UEFA confirmed that the sanctions affected 14 clubs, including Chelsea, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Nice, Strasbourg, AEK Athens, and Fenerbahçe, for violating financial sustainability requirements.
