Juventus continues its moves in the young talent market, this time by targeting the young striker Daniel Okolo, born in 2007, in a potential free transfer deal following recent developments concerning Triestina. This is part of the club's plan to strengthen its reserve team, Juventus Next Gen, which competes in the lower divisions and serves as a reservoir for talents.

According to reports, the Nigerian player will become a free agent in the coming days after Triestina's relegation to a lower division, which led to the termination of all team players' contracts. Juventus management, led by director Claudio Chiellini, has begun to move quickly to secure the deal amid competition from several Italian clubs in the second and third divisions.

Okolo, an 18-year-old physically strong striker, excels as a forward and is known for his good movement and ability to make a difference despite his young age. He has scored one goal and assisted two in his limited appearances with the first team. He has caught the attention of clubs such as Spezia, Bari, and Catania, in addition to interest from Empoli and Juve Stabia.

If the deal goes through, the player is expected to sign a long-term contract until 2030, continuing his development under coach Max Brambilla within the Juventus Next Gen team, with a clear plan to gradually prepare him for a potential move to the first team in the coming years.
