Paris Saint-Germain team crowned with the Champions League title against Arsenal by penalty shootout 4-3 after the original and extra time ended (1-1) in the final held this Saturday evening, at the Puskás Arena in Budapest.

Kai Havertz scored an early goal after Marquinhos attempted to clear the ball in the midfield, hitting an Arsenal player, then it reached Havertz who advanced into the penalty area before shooting the ball into the roof of the net announcing the lead in the 5th minute. The following minutes saw attempts from Paris Saint-Germain but without any real danger, amidst the solid defense of the Gunners.

In the 26th minute, Saka sent a dangerous cross, but goalkeeper Safonov intervened at the last moment and cleared the ball, followed by continued attempts through dangerous moves from the attacking front, and Havertz missed a real opportunity in the 45+2 minute for Arsenal, before Arsenal's goalkeeper David Raya saved a dangerous shot from Ruiz in the 45+4 minute, ending the first half with the Gunners leading.

At the start of the second half, Achraf Hakimi took a free-kick successfully saved by the goalkeeper in the 55th minute. In the 70th minute, Kvaratskhelia earned a penalty after a tackle from Mosquera, which Ousmane Dembélé converted to equalize. Kvaratskhelia missed a dangerous chance in the 77th minute after a one-on-one with the goal, shooting a ball that hit the post, a moment that could have changed the course of the match.

In the second extra time, Raya saved his goal from a dangerous chance in the 106th minute, with minutes passing amidst attempts from both sides, ending the second extra time in a 1-1 draw.
