Al-Ahly Concludes Season with Four Goals Against Al-Khaleej

Al-Ahli concluded its season in the Saudi Roshn League with a significant victory against Al-Khaleej, winning 4-1 during the match held at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium as part of the final round of the competition.

Al Ahly asserted their dominance early on when Rayan Hamed opened the scoring in the eighth minute, capitalizing on an excellent pass inside the penalty area that gave them an early lead.

Al-Khaleej scored the equalizing goal through Greek player Giorgos Masouras in the 17th minute, following a well-organized counterattack that unsettled Al-Ahli's defense and brought the match back to square one.

Al-Ahli regained their lead before the end of the first half when Firas Al-Buraikan successfully found the net in the 34th minute, ending the first half with his team ahead 2-1.

Al-Raqi continued their pressure during the second half, leading to Al-Khaleej scoring an own goal through defender Ali Al-Salem, who mistakenly put the ball into his own net after failing to clear a cross from Matheus Gonçalves.

The Brazilian Matheus Gonçalves added the fourth goal for Al-Ahli in the 78th minute with a powerful shot that dashed Al-Khaleej's hopes, confirming Al-Ahli's dominance in the match.

Al-Ahli raised its tally to 81 points to finish the season in third place, while Al-Khaleej's tally remained at 37 points, placing them in eleventh position in the Saudi Roshan League standings.
