Ansu Fati's future remains open between staying with Monaco or returning to Barcelona, as the final decision has not yet been made, despite an advanced agreement between the parties.

The newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo' reported that the player has not yet closed the file on his continuation with Monaco, as he is still under contract with Barcelona until 2028, and it is believed he has a place within coach Hans Flick's lineup.

The newspaper added that the agreement with the French club includes a purchase option worth 11 million euros stipulated in the loan contract, but the deal has not been finalized yet due to waiting for the player's final approval, causing a delay in deciding his future.

The report indicated that Ansu Fati finished the French league competitions in good form, having scored three goals in the last three matches, including a remarkable goal against Strasbourg, concluding the season positively in terms of scoring.

On the other hand, Barcelona continues its search for a left winger, with the club ready to make strong deals, considering names like Julian Alvarez and Marcus Rashford, while Ansu Fati remains an available option.

The newspaper also clarified that the player feels comfortable in Monaco, but at the same time sees an opportunity to return to Barcelona, the club where he grew up, and believes in his ability to secure a place within the team, as he has not yet received any official decision from the Catalan club's management.
