Chelsea Monitors Bologna's Gem

The young English winger Jonathan Roy has caught Chelsea's attention ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, after impressing with his outstanding performance for Bologna this season.

According to reports, Chelsea's management is closely monitoring the player and considers him one of the options to strengthen the attacking line, in line with the club's policy of signing young talents capable of developing over many years.

On the other hand, Bologna is not keen on letting go of its star easily, as the Italian club has set the player's value at around 45 million euros, with a clear insistence on keeping him following the strong performances he has delivered since his arrival in the Italian league.

English sources indicate that Chelsea is considering making an offer that could reach 38 or 40 million euros to persuade Bologna to open negotiations, especially with the management's conviction of the player's technical abilities, great speed, and ability to play in more than one attacking position.
