Bori Fati, the father of Spanish star Ansu Fati, stated that his son's future is still not definitively decided, emphasizing that a final decision has not yet been made regarding his continuation with the French club Monaco.

The player's father said about his son's future, who is playing for Monaco on loan from Barcelona: "We don't know yet, we would like Ansu to stay in Monaco, he is happy there."

Bori clarified that Ansu Fati's contract with Barcelona is still valid until 2028, which means his future is still contractually tied to the Catalan club, saying: "We will see what happens."

Monaco has an option to purchase the player permanently at the end of the current season for approximately 11 million euros, an amount the French club can afford. However, the biggest obstacle is the player's high salary.

It is noted that the agreement between Monaco and Barcelona also includes a buy-back clause in favor of Barcelona, exceeding 25 million euros. This grants the Spanish club the right to reclaim the player in the future if they wish, leaving the future of Fati open to all possibilities.
