Thursday 16-04-2026
Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane spoke in a press statement after the 4-3 victory over Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals at the Allianz Arena, allowing the Bavarians to advance to the semi-finals, having also won the first leg 2-1.

The player said, "I feel good, although a bit tired. It was a tough match, full of physical strength. I was pleased to be part of this victory. I believe we deserved to win both matches, and now we can enjoy this triumph."

Commenting on the red card received by Camavinga: "There were refereeing decisions against us throughout the match, and the rules are the rules. It was a clear yellow card, and I have experienced some of these cards in my football career and they affected me. The referee had to make a decision, and things went in our favor today."

He continued: "When you defeat a team like Real Madrid, especially in the advanced stages of the Champions League, it gives you a lot of confidence. But we've talked about this all year, reaching this stage in all competitions, and this is the right time to move forward."

He concluded: "We feel that we can beat any team when we are at our best, and we will need that in the next round because Paris Saint-Germain is one of the best teams in Europe. We have a chance to win the league this week, so we hope to achieve that, and we have an important semi-final match in the cup. Many big games and a lot to play for."
