Monday 06-04-2026
Media reports have revealed the latest developments regarding Harry Kane's position, Bayern Munich's striker, on participating in the anticipated match against Real Madrid, in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals for the 2025/2026 season, scheduled for tomorrow evening, Tuesday.

Kane sustained a minor ankle injury while playing for the England national team during the last international break, prompting the coaching staff to rest him in Bayern's recent Bundesliga match against Freiburg.

According to the German Sky Sports network, there is optimism regarding Kane's recovery, but his participation against Real Madrid is still uncertain, as the medical team is awaiting a final assessment of his readiness before the match.

For his part, Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany and sporting director Max Eberl confirmed that the player is close to full recovery, which opens the possibility of him joining the important European match.

It is noted that Harry Kane scored 48 goals in 40 matches for Bayern Munich this season across all competitions, in addition to providing five assists, making him one of the most prominent weapons for the Bavarian team in the continental championship.
