The former Egyptian football star, Ahmed Hassan, revealed the latest developments regarding the renewal of player Hussein El Shahat's contract with Al Ahly.
Hassan stated on Facebook: "Source.. Al Ahly has made its final offer to renew Hussein El Shahat's contract with a salary of 20 million annually, after the last offer stopped at 18 million."
Al Ahly is preparing to face Ceramica Cleopatra next Tuesday as part of the first round of the final stage in the Egyptian Premier League.
