Coach Thomas Tuchel, the head coach of the England national team, announced the list of players who will participate in the March matches in preparation for the 2026 World Cup.

The England team is scheduled to meet Uruguay on Friday, March 27, before facing Japan on Tuesday, March 31, as part of its preparations for the global tournament.

England is in a group that includes Croatia, Ghana, and Panama, and will begin its World Cup journey against Croatia, the third-place finisher in the Qatar World Cup, on June 17.

The squad sees the return of midfielder Jude Bellingham after recovering from injury and participating in recent Real Madrid training sessions, while Alexander-Arnold is absent from the list.

The England squad for the matches against Uruguay and Japan is as follows:
