The new head coach Mohamed Wahbi announced the final squad for the Moroccan national team called up for the upcoming friendly matches against the Ecuadorian and Paraguayan teams.

The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, where Wahbi explained that the match against Ecuador will take place on March 27, 2026, in Madrid, Spain, while the team will meet Paraguay on the 31st of the same month in Lens, France.

The squad includes several new names, namely Issa Diop, Yassine Jassim, Yasser Al-Zabiri, Mohamed Harimat, Radwan Halhal, Samir Al-Murabit, with the return of Shadi Riad.

Many players are absent, such as Elias Bensaghir, Hamza Ijamaan, Sofyan Amrabat, Nayef Akrad, Mohamed Al-Shaibi, and Elias Akhomash.
