The former Egyptian football star and media personality, Ahmed Hassan, revealed the stance of Al Ahly player Yassin Marai regarding participating in his team's match against Tunisian club Esperance in the Champions League.
Al Ahly will face Esperance next Saturday in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.
Ahmed Hassan stated on Facebook: "Source: The medical team at Al-Ahly refuses to rush Yassin Marai's return and informs Torop that he will not be available for the return match against Esperance."
The first leg of the Champions League quarter-final ended with Esperance winning 1-0.
