Press reports have revealed the position of Portuguese player Rúben Neves, the midfielder for Saudi club Al-Hilal, regarding his participation in the upcoming match against Al-Fateh, as part of the Saudi Professional League competition.

Neves suffered a hamstring injury during the match between Al-Hilal and Al-Shabab, which forced the Italian coach Simone Inzaghi to substitute him in the 51st minute, bringing on Murad Hawsawi in his place.

The newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" clarified that Neves has shown significant progress in recovering from his injury, as he continues to follow the rehabilitation program set by the club's head of the medical team, Spaniard Juan Jimenez.

The player is expected to join the group training sessions this week after confirming his full physical readiness.

According to the report, the chances of Neves participating in the match against Al-Fateh have increased, with the final decision on his participation to be made 48 hours before the game.
