Inzaghi Surprises Najma with Four Changes in Al Hilal Lineup
Friday 06-03-2026
The Italian Simone Inzaghi, coach of Al-Hilal, is planning to make noticeable changes to his team's lineup before facing Al-Najma in the Saudi Roshn League competition.

Al-Hilal will play its match against Al-Najma on Friday evening as part of the twenty-fifth round of the competition, with the coaching staff aiming to reorganize their plans before this important encounter.

Reports indicate that Inzaghi will rely on several key changes, most notably deploying French striker Karim Benzema in the attack line following his full recovery from injury and return to participation.

Defender Ali Lajami is expected to start the match instead of Hassan Tambakti, who is sidelined due to a hamstring injury.

In midfield, the young Frenchman Simon Bouabri will start from the beginning to compensate for the absence of the Portuguese player Ruben Neves as part of the anticipated tactical adjustments.

It is also expected that the full-back Muteb Al-Harbi will start to compensate for the absence of Hamad Al-Yami, who is away from the field after recently undergoing surgery.

The match will take place at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh at 10 PM Saudi time, with Al Hilal in third place with 58 points, while Al Najma is in the last place with 8 points.
