Torup Returns Kamwesh to Al-Ahly's Squad Against Tala'ea El-Gaish
Danish Jes Torup, the head coach of the Egyptian Al-Ahly club, plans to reinstate the Angolan player Yelson Kamwesh to the team’s squad during the match against Tala'ea El-Gaish, in the postponed game from the fifteenth round of the Egyptian Premier League, scheduled to take place next Monday.
Kamwesh had missed the last two matches that Al-Ahly played against Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab and ZED FC in league competitions, following a technical decision by coach Torup due to a decline in his performance recently.
The newspaper 'Al-Youm Al-Sabea' reported that Torup decided to return the Angolan player to the team’s squad for the match against Tala'ea El-Gaish, but he will not start the match as a main player, as he is expected to be on the bench.
Al-Ahly had signed Kamwesh during the last winter transfer window, coming from the Norwegian club Tromsø, on loan until the end of the current season, with a clause that allows the red club to purchase his contract permanently for one million dollars.
