The Danish coach of Al-Ahli, Jes Thorup, expressed his great admiration for the level recently shown by the young defender Hadi Riad.

Torop's praise came after the player's good performance in recent training sessions and his confident appearance in the match against Smouha, which marked his official debut with the team.

According to "Al-Youm Al-Sabea" newspaper, Torop spoke in a lecture held with the team players before the Zed match tonight, saying: "Hadi performed well in the Smouha match and presented himself convincingly to the coaching staff. He also trains seriously and vigorously, and he must continue to perform with the same strength and seriousness to be consistently included in the team lineup."

The newspaper added that although Torop was impressed with the player's performance, he decided to field the duo Yasser Ibrahim and Ahmed Ramadan Beckham in the team's defense during today's match against Zed.

Al Ahly will face Zed this Saturday evening as part of the twentieth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
