Paris Saint-Germain secured qualification to the Champions League round of 16 after drawing 2-2 with Monaco in the second leg of the playoff at Parc des Princes, completing the tie with an aggregate score of 5-4 and ensuring their place among the top 16 teams in the tournament.

Luis Enrique said: "We are not used to facing a team that plays like we do, we usually have more precision. In the second half, we changed our style of play and started it in the best possible way. We deserved this qualification despite the difficulty of the match. It was a tricky game because of the first leg result, and when we lose precision, we lose our level. We should be happy with what we achieved despite the difficulty of the first half."

Enrique continued: "If there is a team in the tournament that went through the toughest group, it's us, and if there is a team ready for the next stages, it's us. We are ready for these matches, and of course, we want to improve."

He added: "Football is hard to predict. We play with a numerical advantage, but in the last free kick, we no longer had that advantage, and their goalkeeper can come up in these situations."

Enrique concluded by saying: "I never talk about refereeing. The scenario was fantastic, the best in the world. We are lucky to play in front of these amazing fans. We are ready to face any team in any competition, and there are three months left, and we want to win all the tournaments we participate in, which is an extremely difficult goal."
