Al-Ahly Decides to Renew Mostafa Shobeir's Contract
The media personality Mohamed Shabana revealed during a radio broadcast that Al Ahly's management is moving towards renewing the contract of the team's goalkeeper, Mostafa Shobeir.
This decision comes after the goalkeeper's recent outstanding performance with the Reds, as Shobeir's new contract with Al-Ahly will extend for an additional 4 years, alongside the remaining period in the goalkeeper's current contract.
Shobeir will receive an annual salary exceeding 20 million Egyptian pounds, in addition to bonuses and incentives based on his participation rate, along with the championships he will achieve with Al Ahly.
Al-Ahly will face Morocco's Royal Army next Sunday in the sixth and final round of the group stage of the African Champions League.
