Tuesday 10-02-2026
The Danish coach Jes Thorup, of the Egyptian club Al Ahly, plans to field Angolan player Yelson Kamweish to lead the team's attack in the match against Ismaily scheduled for tomorrow, as part of the fourteenth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al-Ahly signed Kamuish on loan from the Norwegian club Tromsø until the end of the current season for $400,000, with an option for a permanent purchase amounting to $1.1 million. This move aims to strengthen the Red team's lineup during the second half of the season.

Torop is considering giving Kamwish the opportunity to start in the main lineup for the first time, after the player participated as a substitute in previous matches. Meanwhile, the team had relied on the newcomer Marwan Osman to lead the attack in past games.

Al-Ahly Club occupies the fourth position in the Egyptian League standings with 27 points, while Ismaily is in the twenty-first position with 10 points, making the match an important opportunity for the Red team to strengthen its position among the top teams.

The meeting is expected to witness Torop's first experience with Kamouish as a primary player, in an attempt to add the necessary offensive strength and ensure victory against the Ismaily team, which is looking to improve its position in the standings.
