The Spanish club Real Madrid revealed through its official website on the internet, the nature of the injury suffered by the English star Jude Bellingham against Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish League.

The English star sustained an injury in the 9th minute, which prevented him from continuing the match, and he was replaced by Brahim Diaz, in a game that saw Real Madrid narrowly win 2-1.

The club stated: 'After conducting tests today on our player Jude Bellingham by the medical services of Real Madrid, he has been diagnosed with a tear in the semitendinosus muscle in his left leg. His health condition will be monitored.'

According to several press reports, Bellingham will be absent from Real Madrid for 4 weeks due to this injury.

The English star is scheduled to miss matches against Valencia, Real Sociedad, two encounters with Benfica, Osasuna, and Getafe.
