The source clarified that all the details of the deal have been agreed upon between the two parties, and only the player's medical examination remains before the official announcement of his transfer and the start of his new journey with the Dutch club.

Baiss is 27 years old, having been born on May 14, 1998, in the Netherlands. He stands 192 centimeters tall and has prior professional experience in the Dutch leagues before moving to the American league.

The goalkeeper holds dual nationality, Dutch and Indonesian, after acquiring Indonesian citizenship in 2024. He is considered one of the prominent names in his position, with Ajax relying on his abilities to strengthen the goalkeeping position as part of their technical project for the upcoming period.
