Caio Cesar Returns to Brazil via Corinthians Club
The Saudi club Al Hilal officially announced the loan of their Brazilian player Caio Cesar to Corinthians as part of the team's moves during the current transfer window.
Al Hilal clarified, through its official account on the "X" platform, that Caio Cesar has moved to Brazilian club Corinthians on loan until the end of the current season.
The loan move came after a season of limited participation for the player, following his joining Al-Hilal at the beginning of last year from Vitória Guimarães of Portugal for 10 million euros.
Caio Cesar played 19 matches for Al-Hilal across various competitions, during which he managed to contribute to only three goals, which did not meet the coaching staff's expectations.
The Brazilian player was excluded from the plans of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi this season, prompting the club's management to agree to loan him out.
Al Hilal aims with this step to give Caio Cesar the opportunity for regular participation, as well as to make room for other options in the team's roster.
Al Hilal continues its preparations to face Al Qadsia next Thursday, as part of the 19th round of the Saudi Professional League.
