Shobeir Comments on the Qatari Offer to Include Saif Jafar
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir, former Al Ahly star, commented on the offer made by Al Ahli Qatar Club to sign Saif Jaafar, a player from Zamalek.
Shobeir said on his radio program on "On Sport FM" that Al Ahli of Qatar sent an offer to sign Saif Jafar without a direct financial payment, in exchange for Zamalek receiving 15% of the player's future resale value.
Shobeir believes that the offer is unsatisfactory for Zamalek, and there are ongoing negotiations between the two clubs to complete the deal in a way that ensures the protection of the White Club's interests.
Zamalek will face Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi this Sunday evening in the third round of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
