On Wednesday evening, Al-Ahli Saudi Club announced the completion of the loan procedures for one of its players to Al-Riyadh Club, taking advantage of the current winter transfer window in January.

The official account of Al-Ahli Jeddah Club on the 'X' platform announced the transfer of left-back Abdulilah Al-Khaibri to Riyadh on a loan basis until the end of the current season.

Al-Ahli confirmed through its official account: 'Our player Abdulilah Al-Khaibri has been loaned to Al-Riyadh Club. We wish him success and good fortune in his future endeavors.'

Al-Ahly's management agreed to the loan due to Khibri's lack of regular participation with the team and not receiving enough opportunities during the current season's competitions.

Al-Riyadh Club was the previous team for Abdulilah Al-Khaibari before he transferred to Al-Ahli in the summer of last year with a contract extending for three seasons until June 2028.

Al-Khaibri, who is 28 years old, has played only five matches for Al-Ahli Jeddah this season, totaling 100 minutes of play, without scoring or assisting any goals.

The player's participation was spread across four matches in the Saudi Roshan League, in addition to one match in the King's Cup, before the decision was made to temporarily loan him out.
